Bizarre Neo Geo graphics glitch

Hey everybody! I get This bizarre grapchical anomaly when running my Neo Geo games trough FB Alpha 2012 Neo Geo, in Retroarch. The regular FB Alpha seems to work. Any ideas of what this might be?

If it’s happening in the 2012 snapshot and not in the new one, it’s probably a run-of-the-mill accuracy issue. Your best bet is to just use the new version instead.

@A_barbarian_4_sure 2 tips :

  • never use fbalpha2012 based cores if you have a device able to run current FBAlpha (which is now FBNeo btw), latest is just better in every way except maybe cpu ressource usage (not even sure that’s still true)
  • don’t use rewind or read ahead with the fbalpha2012 based cores (i think read ahead is your issue here)

I’m getting exactly the same problem using FBA2012 and FBA2012NEOGEO.

Gonna try with FBNEO then (but I think its not listed in the core download)

You need to update the core list then.

and don’t forget to update the info files, as well, so the cores get their nice, pretty names.
