[Bug] D3D11 + Screenshot

With the D3D11 driver, Retroarch takes two black screen screenshots. I tried with Mesen and nSide cores without shaders.

Screenshots are not implemented yet with the D3D11 driver.

Hi, just for curiosity, is considered implementing screenshots with D3D11? My question is because with GPD Win, that driver is the best for some cores I use.
