Controllers not working in game

Just setup Lakka on a RPI3 and the controllers work fine in menus however do not work in emulators.

Using original SNES controllers with mayflash adapter. When plugged in Lakka thinks it is a mayflash N64 adapter not SNES and tested with NES, GBA, SNES, GENESIS/MASTER SYSTEM emulators and it does not work.

Only in Street Fighter 2 on SNES does it actually recognise the controller and then I can only press A or Start.

Tried reconfiguring in Input User 1 Binds however it doesn’t recognise any presses on the User 1 Bind 1 option.

Any idea what is going on?

You could try changing the user 1 device index to your controller if you already haven’t. Not guaranteed to work, but worth a shot.

Got it working by disabling the autoconfigure that is setting it up as a N64 mayflash not snes.

Does this mean though that if I unplug it I have to reconfigure every time?

I am using SNES controllers and it is using the mayflash N64 adapter as well. The controller works in the games I have tried, but the B button stops the game and brings up the Lakka menu. How can I stop it from going to the Lakka menu?
