Flickering after close a content

Hello, I have a Mini PC Fujitsu Q510 with Intel HD 2500 connected to a LCD Sharp LC-20S5E-BK through VGA cable. When I start Lakka the interface menu looks great with no flickering:

Lakka Menu First Time: https://youtu.be/ACegTarDvOc

and the content looks great too but when I close the content and I go back to the interface menu this flicker:

Lakka Menu Second Time https://youtu.be/rZIQralVmCg

and the content too. I need to reboot Lakka to remove the flickering in the Lakka interface and contents. Can I do something to avoid it?

Do you reproduce the issue with our nightly builds ?

Thank you.

Yes, I have installed next 2018-06-29/Generic.x86_64 nightly build: Lakka-Generic.x86_64-2.1-devel-20180629000709-r28197-gbf49bc4.img.gz

Do you reproduce the issue if you disable ribbon effect (Setting tab > User Interface > Appearance > Menu Shader Pipeline > Off, you may have to enable advanced settings Setting tab > User Interface > Show Advanced settings)

If it still doesn’t work can you try to change to rgui menu driver (Settings tab > Driver > Menu driver > rgui) ?

Thank you.

I have tested those options:

  • Setting tab > User Interface > Appearance > Menu Shader Pipeline > Off: Interface changed to red color and was same behaviour, it means first time fine but after close the content there is flickering.

  • Setting tab > User Interface > Appearance > Menu Shader Pipeline > Off + Settings tab > Driver > Menu driver > rgui: First time fine but after close the content there is flickering.

  • Setting tab > User Interface > Appearance > Menu Shader Pipeline > Off + Settings tab > Driver > Menu driver > glui: It works fine after 2-3 load and close contents but the fourth time appears again.

In all modes after a reboot flickering disappears.

Then if possible try to provide some Lakka system log.

Thank you.

Done!

I have uploaded the my original recorded videos again (youtube reencode the video and the flickering is not seen correctly):

Thank you for the log. I don’t see any issue in it.

Do you reproduce the flickering with another screen ?

I have another Panasonic Plasma 42" TV where the flickering not appears at any moment but I use HDMI cable due to the Panasonic Plasma 42" don’t have VGA conexion. With my Sharp LCD TV I use VGA conexion. My Mini PC has DVI and HDMI outputs so to connect to the Sharp LCD VGA input I use a converter DVI-VGA.

Sprite flickering, really?

Dude, come on, there’s a billion and one reasons that could be occurring and none of those could be the OS.
