Pls, I would like to know where I could download the Mame (core) version 0.203. It is very important for me this version because my romset is 0.203.

We don’t keep old builds of cores around, other than the old snapshot cores with the year in their names. You would have to checkout and build a git revision from the 0.203 version.
We recommend you update your ROMset using MAME’s update patches.
