New to Lakka OS/Linus. Install completed, but won;t boot

Hello all

I am attempting to install Lakka to my Asus eeePC 1015 netbook. I followed the startup steps; created the UBS drive and installed to it, but the first boot loops infinitely. It shows the Lakka flower for a few seconds, then the screen goes completely black/off, then goes back to the flower. Searching the forum has some threads stating to do some commands of various types, but I never get any command line to type anything.

Thank you all

Have you tried turning it off and on again

snark aside, of course

You should be able to access the command line as this post indicates:

I have a Lakka command line  Though now, the screen keeps cycling between on and off, oddly, but it’s working at least.

More to come

the ‘live ssh’ command doesn’t work, it only states 'Live: not found" :\

Because you installed it already

Try to boot with ssh textmode or ssh tty retroarch=0 then try to edit your configuration file with menu_shader_pipeline = "0"

Thank you.

progress! ssh textmode didn’t work, but ssh tty retroarch=0 stabilized the screen… but the config file doesn’t have the menu shader pipeline line so I added it. I am in Lakka OS

More to come!!

thank you sir/ma’am!
