I have a PC that I use for emulators but it is not connected to the internet for various reasons. I want to download the cores on one PC then move them to the other with a USB stick. Can I do this, if so how?
Sure. Just move them from the ‘cores’ directory to the same location on your other PC. You only need to make sure that they’re the same architecture (e.g., Win64).
