Hi, I recently bought a raspberry pi 3 B+, and, i saw some video where retroarch was working really good on raspberry, and here, I have very much lags in main menu. I can’t launch any game because of that… I am on raspbian lXDE Is it normal ? how to fix that ?

Try turning off the menu shader or switching to RGUI instead of XMB. It should be fine anyway, though, so if that fixes it, it suggests that your GL driver is broken.
