Slow motion self-activates

Hi,

I’m using RetroArch64 on Android. At random times I get an onscreen notification saying “null” then slow-motion mode is toggled on accidentally. I don’t know why or how to toggle it off. The hotkey for slow motion isn’t even bound.

Please help.
