Hey wertz, does this hold any interest for you?
I’m in the same boat, trying to make pua core read my uae game config file. I hope that someone in retroarch dev team will tackle this issue as I can’t do it myself
I compiled manually for Windows a while back for own use. You can download it from here: http://lindqvist.synology.me/windows/
No guarantees though, I just made it quickly for myself
Thanks a lot @diablodiab1 ! With your version, I can load an uae file Do you have any diff file so I can see what has been modified ? I don’t know if this core has been updated since your compilation time, but I would like to try to compile it on my side with your patch (If I’m able to setup an environment for compiling retroarch ;)) Thanks again.
It’s been a while, but as far as I can tell, I compiled the version of the core found on r-type’s github. The only modifications I did myself to that source was some personal preferences with the aspect ratio.
I compiled it with MinGW on Windows.
I’m trying to setup everything following retoarch doc: https://buildbot.libretro.com/.docs/compilation/windows/
I will clone puae repo from here : https://github.com/libretro/libretro-uae
But if you could just tell me the source you modified for fixing the path issue in uae file, it would be great. I’m a java developer and not a C developer (sorry, nobody’s perfect )
I used the source from r-type’s repo:
The modifications I did were not related to fixing the path, so I assume that it was fixed in r-type’s sources, but I don’t remember the specifics (10 months ago): http://lindqvist.synology.me/patch.txt
Thanks a lot for you help.
My dev environment is now ok. I can compile retroarch, some cores (picodrive for example) But, I can’t manage to compile puae core. I get this error:
sources/src/blkdev.c:606:14: error: request for member 'sem' in something not a structure or union
if (st->sema.sem)
^
make: *** [Makefile:146: sources/src/blkdev.o] Error 1
Is there anyway to show Amiga Games after scanning on the left Systemslist? Games found, Amiga runs fine - but still not shown. I always have to start Amiga Games by the Fileselect Option.
