Just wanted to say thanks to yuanye8425 for this workaround. I was banging my head trying to figure out why the rom wouldnt launch. Works fine on pc, ra32, bios checks out and nothing of interest in the log file. Tried this and got it to work.
Interestingly, Sega Rally was around 45 fps on my phone in ra32, but runs full speed in ra64. Samsung S20+, SD865 btw.
