I use Retroarch 1.8.4 PPA on Ubuntu 19.10 When I load core Dosbox-SVN, nothing happens. In the bottom-left corner I still have : “1.8.4 - No core”. When I try to load a dosbox.conf, nothing happens either.
Run retroarch from the command line with retroarch -v, try to load dosbox again and post the output it prints.

Oh yes, I should have done this before posting ! Result : [ERROR] Error(s): libSDL_net-1.2.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
=> libSDL-net installed manually with Synaptics, problem solved.
(But maybe the PPA dependencies should have done it for me ?)
