“failed to initialized netplay” when i use snex9x-current, both client and server 
Aside from the usual “make sure the host’s ports are forwarded” and/or “try a relay server,” I unfortunately don’t have any other suggestions 
Thanks @hunterk, turn on Relay Server is working, finally! But the delay more than 1 sec is show stopper. I think it’s bcoz i stay in Asia. Anyway, Thanks for the helps!

Once the connection is made, it switches over to p2p (that is, the netplay data doesn’t run through the relay server, just the initial connection/handshake), so it would also be the case if you were able to connect directly, unfortunately.
Are you using all default netplay settings?
