Plans to download all cores through Phoenix?

I found a solution for NeoGeo games.

I found a VERY old emulator (1996ish?) called NeoRage5x that came packaged with 181 NeoGeo titles.

It has no command line support/options, but with Xpadder set up to be used as a mouse cursor, I set it up as a direct EXE launcher in Advanced Launcher.

Can’t choose your games via XBMC, but it works.

I’ll poke around today for more FBA-friendly titles via torrents.

Ick, that’s far inferior to what RetroArch Neo emulation could offer. I’m sure we’ll get the Neo Geo stuff sorted soon enough. It’s probably just a little glitch with the current core or an error on our parts. I’m leaning toward #2.

These are all stoneage versions of FBA you’re referencing - romnation.net’s ROMs too probably hark back to the MAME 0.72/0.60 period - you can’t expect those to work on a project that syncs its romsets with that of current-day MAME.

NeoRageX is stone age as well.

You know due to legalese I can’t give people pointers on how to find or obtain ROMs. Suffice to say Neo-Geo ROMs are all working and the whole problem is that you’re using outdated romsets. There are plenty of sites still out there that feature compatible romsets and if not - search for the latest mame romsets - they would do as well.
