@enygmata Yeah, I wasn’t a big fan of those changes, either. That’s how I have my systems set up, as well, and it was perfect. Now, not as much.
The last time I checked, pbp files will not scan and show up in your playlists.
But, If you dont have playlist, then you can not do netplay, right ?
Netplay existed before playlists so I don’t think playlists is a requirement.
I think they’re required for the lobbying but not the actual netplay itself.
Seems like we all agree that rom navigation is currently not the best in retroarch.
Hopefully someday it will be more user customizable with locations the user can pin to some shortcut menu.

I’m using sd2vita (for external memory) to install RetroArch and store my roms on my PS Vita.
Everything has gone fine until i start scanning MAME and FBA!
Is there a way to use the playlist generator with the Vita successfully? I’ve searched a lot of posts in the forums, but found no real guide for how to set this up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as reasonably tech savvy, but starting to wonder if this is beyond my capabilities to figure out on my own
