BUG: PSX HW Beetle Framebuffer smearing in specific games (MGS)

Hi Yall!

I haven’t had to post on here in a long time so if I’m forgetting anything or breaking any rules please let me know!

In a few games that feature motion blur the frame buffer effects stay on screen long after the scene has changed. So far this seems to only happen in MGS and Jade Cocoon on hardware. It doesn’t happen in software rendering. Messing around with texture filters changes the end result but causes other effects to render improperly.

Specs: geforce 760 gtx - Win 7 x64 - Intel I7 3.2ghz - 12 gigs corsair - All drivers and cores up to date - Vulkan enabled
