Permant Fast Forward and No Noise

I am using Latest 1.7.7 with latest Nightly Build.

So when I load a Game it just Runs in Fast Forward with pressing anything and it then also has no sound.

Using Default Settings.

Using Windows 10.

Got no Idea how to fix it so please can I have some help.

It works fine on my other Windows 10 Machine I have

I found out I had to use dsound and not xaudio as xaudio made it run like that
