1.0.0.2.1 - iOS 8.1, iPhone 6 Plus

Simply put, I installed RetroArch from the official Cydia repo, attempting to load a PS1 game, and RetroArch instantly crashes. My “scph1001.bin” BIOS file is located within .RetroArch. This happens with all of the games (just two of them) that I tried.

I remember using RetroArch with my old iPhone 5s last year and it worked extremely well.

No idea what to try, even after searching…

If your device was jailbroken by Pangu, then loading PSX files will cause a crash, this is a known issue with 64-but devices. There is a modified core somewhere that remedies this, it should be in this forum somewhere.

Got it :). Found the fix in this post.

Unfortunately, it’s practically impossible to play anything, as games look like this post. It’s not that big of a deal to me, since I’m only using RetroArch for testing with a Mad Catz controller.

pangu jalibreak is bad.

rejalibreak your iphone using taig jalibreak.(this fixed psx crashes)
