I just downloaded the latest version (1.7.4) to see the new updates.
This version sees (via bluetooth) my xbox one s controller as an 8bitdo N30 Modkit controller. On 1.7.3, it sees it as an xinput device. There isn’t an option to switch the device index to xinput.
When I plug it in via USB it sees it as Xbox one controller (not just a generic xinput device).
Quick update:
I went into the autoconfig > xinput directory and deleted the 8bitdo N30 modkit .cg file and it now works. So when I run retroarch 1.7.4 it sees my xbox one s (bluetooth) as xinput and automaps the buttons.
that one had a vendor ID that didn’t match the other 8bitdo pads, so I switched it to match. Hopefully that fixes it for everyone else.
