15 kHz for Lakka on CRT TV?

Hi. I have a spare PC here and an old portable CRT. I used CRT emudriver on windows and it seems to work fine but I’m wondering would it be possible to do this with lakka? I have a Radeon 6950. There’s a BIOS mod for the GPU that will make the GPU render even the BIOS screen in 15kHz but would that work in lakka as there’s no EDID?

Thanks in advance.

I don’t know if Lakka will work without the EDID, but my guess is no.

When I used RetroArch in my arcade cab, I used a non-Lakka, full-size Linux distro, ran VGA into a J-PAC and then made my own custom EDID to get 1920x240 via KMS (i.e., without using an X server). I don’t think this is an option with Lakka due to the way the filesystem is handled. I’m not 100% on that, though.
