Where does “Add Content” get its stuff from? (I’m on the Android version, downloaded the apk from buildbot.libretro.com) I am paranoid and use OpenDNS, so I don’t want to have a bunch of rom-site DNS’s. (I did already download the cores…)
RetroArch does not and will not ever link to ROM sites. ‘Add content’ comes from your local device.

Latest dev builds does have “Download Content” option in Add Content menu, but it only contains "ROM"s for the Game&Watch simulator core.
