Amiga core and fast mouse problem

Amiga core is still not working properly. I tested on several PCs on Windows 7 64bit and there is still a problem with the mouse cursor (RetroArch v.1.6.7). When the content is loaded, the P-UAE menu appears, along with buttons such as P-UAE. ROM, flop disks, memory, sound, etc. The mouse cursor does not work properly on this screen. When the mouse moves one millimetre, the cursor jumps on the screen by 10-15 centimetres. It is not possible to select anything because you cannot navigate the cursor in a button.

The second thing is the configuration file created manually. How do I type paths to ROM and adf files on windows? Are they to be absolute paths like D:?Amiga?ADFy?GianaSisters. adf or something else?
