I put bio file under system folder (md5 all correct)

I use retroarch Amiga puae core It just crash on start-up
Could someone help me fix this issue?
Also with mame 2015 core we can simply get cheat work
However I cant find any Cadillacs and Dinosaurs (World 930201) ROM work Only some clone rom works but they dont have correct sound output.
