Analog paddle support for Stella? Mouse?

Any way to run Stella with some kind of analog support for games like Kaboom! and Warlords? Specifically looking to control these games with a mouse if possible. Setting device type to mouse seems to emulate a mouse (like Mario Paint for SNES), but not use the mouse as input.

No paddle support, AFAIK :frowning:

Paddle support would be great for Stella. Without paddle support, only a maximum of two players can play the core. There are many great Atari 2600 games that support three to four paddle controllers (i.e. Warlords, Video Olympics, Party Mix, Street Racer, Black Jack, Casino etc.). Not to mention all of the great homebrew games that feature paddle support.

From what Iā€™ve seen the latest Stella release is 4.7.2, and the latest Libretro Stella release is 3.9.3. Iā€™ve looked all over their website and havenā€™t found a way to contact them however :frowning: Can you guys update to the latest Stella release? Or can you at least contact them to see if they have paddle support in their latest release?

I know that you guys have a lot of other priorities and that this is a big request, but paddle support (including the ability to have four players) would make Stella ā€œcompleteā€ in my eyes for a Libretro core

Update: I sent the main developer of Stella an email asking if paddle controllers are supported in the newest release of Stella. Iā€™ll post again on this thread if he replies to me.

Iā€™ve been away from the scene for a bit, but coming back. Has there been any update to this? Iā€™d love to play Kaboom or breakout with a spinner or mouse or even the original paddles if possible. I know Stella does support it, but last I checked, the Retroarch core of Stella does not. Any udpates?

Any news? Paddle (mouse) support is required for many Atari2600 gamesā€¦
