I would love have pcsx-rearmed for windows. Medafen and Beetle is just overkill for my laptop.
PCSX-ReARMed is only fast on ARM (hence the name). It only contains a dynarec and for ARM and the non-NEON rendering path is slower and buggier than the ARM-specific one, so it’s not a good fit for x86/Windows.
However, we want to add dynarecs to mednafen/beetle, which would put it closer in-line with pcsx-r as far as performance, as the slow-but-accurate interpreter core that mednafen/beetle currently uses is the biggest bottleneck right now.
