Any way to enable a GBA skin for gPSP Libretro emulator like on 3DS Virtual Console?

Hi,

I use RetroArch gPSP emulator for GBA games on my N3DSXL and I love it so far. But I was wondering if there is some feature like you have on a Virtual Console games from the eShop, like a Game Boy overlay which looks like this:

1280×720

I scrolled through the setting, but haven’t found an option like this. So, is anything like this possible with the gPSP emu?
