I’ve sadly realized that neither a wiimote or ps3 controller can be connected to my tablet running 5.0 since the move from bluez to bluedroid. I’ve seena few videos for ps4 controllers but I don’t think my roommate wants to let me borrow his. Now I’m really wary of buying a new controller, i don’t want to be stuck with something that wont connect to my tablet.
You could borrow it for a few minutes just to make sure it works on your tablet then buy your own DS4. He will probably be ok with that.
I got it to connect, it d/c’s at random and I can’t map the controls. the controller keeps on wanting to navigate the app menus instead. like, I tap dpad up to try and bind and then press up on the dpad and the highlight moves up
