Never had this before, I was messing with some settings to get things the way I wanted and randomly while I was in menus, keys became where if I hit down arrow on keyboard it scolls like 10 items at a time. I exited, rebooted, tried controller (which also scrolls 10 or so items)
What happend???
So it turns out it was Vsync. That makes no sense…turned Vsync off and it causes scrolling issue, then I turned threaded video off and the keyboard stopped working and only my controller worked…wth is happening…
