Can someone help me to slow down or turnoff the PlayStation ribbon background in the latest retro arch please, it is going way to fast an messing with my eyes. Thank You

There’s been no change to it in a loooong time, so if it’s going faster for you, your whole menu is probably running at a faster framerate.
Nevertheless, settings > user interface > appearance > menu shader pipeline OFF
