Beetle PSX HW - Grid-like patterns on textures

On a number of games I have this issue where there are grid-like patterns on all textures. It doesn’t happen on all games.

What settings can I try to play with to fix this issue? Thanks!

Does it happen when texture filtering is disabled? (Nearest)

Yes, just with filtering on. Is there anyway to get bilinear filtering on textures without the issue?

Not sure. I usually play without texture filtering so I can’t remember off the top of my head seeing a build that didn’t have this issue. Did you try the other texture filtering modes?
