Hello, you guys seem to know this system very well, so I thought I’d join and ask about a problem I’ve been dealing with…
I get a black screen after Retroarch is minimized and “re-opened.” The game is where I left it, and the sound and controls still work…but there are no graphics displayed. On closing and re-opening the app, the N64 emulation works fine unless/until the app is minimized again by pressing the home button or swiping up. Then the same blank screen with functional sound/controls happens again.
My solution has been to just be careful and not close the app during emulation. This worked great until today when I lost about 3 hours of progress in Majora’s Mask due to fat fingers when putting the device down.
Does anyone know of any settings or controls that could be manipulated to either prevent this from happening or force the system to re-draw the graphics?
I’m running Android 11.0 on an AYN Odin Lite. The core in Retroarch is Mupen64Plus-Next GLES3. I believe the build date for Retroarch is 11.3.21.
