Hi, I have used RetroArch for awhile now, never quite had this before. Recently done a fresh reset of Windows 10.
My TV is set to 1080p 60, my Display settings on windows are set the same
When opening or closing RetroArch with Exclusing fullscreen toggled, I now get a 2 second blackscreen, its never been like this before, and out of Fullscreen this doesnt happen
Any ideas guys? Please help XD
