Black Screen on Beetle PSX HW and non HW, no black screen with ReARMed

I’ve checked I have the latest GeForce 960m drivers (one Windows 10, all up to date), I’ve made sure all the ‘online updates’ are done on all the categories, I’ve made sure I don’t have any apparent shaders running, I’ve ran it with --menu --verbose --log-file and apart from the SHA1 fail on the bios, I don’t see any apparent errors that would stop the rom starting? I don’t even get any audio? I’ve displayed the FPS to see if I get anything on the screen (I do), I can access the menu, so it’s not locked up. I’ve closed and reopened retroarch, I’ve ‘restarted’ the rom. I’ve edited the playlist and put back in DETECT so I can switch cores, etc, I’m stumped.

I don’t know what else to look for?

SHA1 fail on the BIOS means you don’t have the right BIOS(es)

I figured it would be that, but with the output on the log giving me

[libretro WARN] Unsupported firmware may cause emulation glitches.

I assumed (and I know what assuming does) that it may be just telling me, “I’ll still run, but maybe not 100%”

Guess I’ll go back to the drawing board to fix the issue
