Black Screen on Mupen64 on Old Computer/Laptop

I can load the Core but All I get is Sound without any Picture.

Why is that?

I am using Windows 7 or 8

How old is old?

Does the graphics card meet the requirements for GlideN64 or Parallel?

I say at least 3-4 Years Old.

It just an OnBoard Video Card.

Though Loads games up in the parallel_n64 Core

4 years isn’t that old though.

What plugin you are using in the parallel core?

That core has some ancient plugins in it. I don’t think it even has the more modern GlideN64 plugin at all, instead it has a 20+ year old Glide plugin, along with some others (Rise!) that were obsolete even back then. Which is probably why it works for you on the on-board card.

I assume modern GlideN64 requires a more recent OpenGL version that your on board maybe doesn’t support? Parallel RDP (the graphics plugin, not the core) also requires Vulkan, have you tried that? If it doesn’t work your card maybe doesn’t support that either, so you are stuck with the old Glide64 plugin in the old parallel core.

Tried them all.

GlideN64 has no Video. Parcel just Crashes and angry lion runs with slow frame rate.
