Bounty for Beetle PSX OpenGL features

The opengl implementation of beetle psx requires 3 features. Then the opengl renderer would be on the same level like the vulkan renderer. Many bugs could be closed and the glsl shader library could be used without limitations.

Would it make sense to create a bounty for that? Either for all three at once or for each one.

I think one per is probably the best way, but it leaves them each at lower bounties than if you put them all together.

Having 3 small tasks is usually more attractive than one big, vague “backport from vulkan renderer” task.
