I am having troubles setting up to play Megaman X on BSnes/Higan for the MSU-1 hack and I am wondering how to do it. Any suggestions? I also couldn’t get it to work on higan on it’s own as well. Does it have anything to do that I have Windows Vista? Otherwise everything is smooth sailing. I just want to hear some awesome music while I’m blowing stuff up. Thanks.
To get MSU1 hacks to load in RetroArch, load the manifest.bml instead of the ROM itself.
