Can a Time Stretch audio option be implemented?

Pcsx2 has a very useful and smooth Time Stretch option for the Audio. This basically smoothly stretches the audio when the performance goes down under 100%, and it results in a slightly changed pitch, but zero audio stutter/cracks. This works great in Pcsx2 when the performance drops to something like 58 fps out of 60 for a couple of seconds, as the audio stretching is absolutely unnoticeable, while the audio stutter is very very noticeable and annoying.

Ps. Is there already something in Retroarch that has similar function, maybe? Messed around with Dynamic Rate and Timing Skew but they don’t produce results.

Thanks guys!
