I just installed and configured RA for a friend who does not know English and found that the translation is not complete.
Please let me know if I can help or who should I contact for this

Hey, sure! All you need to do is fork RetroArch on github, make your changes to the translation file, which is in the ‘intl’ subdirectory.
FAKEDIT: hmm, most of the translations are stored in a *.h files that help translators but it looks like spanish doesn’t have one… I’ll ask around and see if that’s intentional.
i have suggestion
— add *.h files for translation for more counries {my is czech republic} , add more *.h countries files but let it in english
— let users make translation self the same as this spanish user ,
— only add *.h english files with content in english but names will be czechia or ukraine etc
— add to retroarch web page , to section tutorials , add there translation page
— in translation page in tutorials on the web describe > steps
- make fork github
- goto folder intl
- open your *.h
- make translation from english
- fork it back
