Can I keep configs if I go from 64bit to 32bit?

Hi guys,

This is my first post so be gentle  I installed the 64bit version of RetroArch on my external HDD and had all the systems I wanted working great. I then moved my HDD to my cab but no systems worked. I realised that my cab is XP 32bit!! How easy will it be for me to change versions? I need to keep my configs? I followed Simply Austins Tutorials and he has everything already set but it was the 64bit version like I said.

Thanks in advance guys

The configs should work fine on either one.

Great, thank you! I’ll give it a go

What files do I change to install the the 32 bit over the 64 bit version? I’ve tried 2 different folders and a few different ways but I keep getting errors when launching games in RocketLauncher

Basically, the configs (and shaders, but there’s no real reason to copy those) are the only things that can carry over. Download the full installation from here: http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/windows/x86/RetroArch.7z And then copy the configs from your 64-bit build to that folder.
