I was wondering if retroarch works on an new android phone, with Sinclair ZX spectrum games. Does it cost any money for retro arch or the games
Should work, yeah. No, RetroArch does not cost any money. We don’t supply the games, so they may cost money if you buy them digitally, or you can dump your own games (how you accomplish this is outside of the scope of this forum).

Usually, yeah. I can’t guarantee that any given device will work, but most do.
not specifically, but if you connect it to your Android device, it should show up as a controller in RetroArch.
