Can no longer update the app on my Nvidia Shield Pro

Starting maybe a month ago (?) the RetroArch app on my Nvidia Shield Pro stopped updating. It persistently shows up as an available update in the “Apps” app, but when I try to install it, I get this error:

Can’t install RetroArch
Try again, and if it still doesn’t work, see common ways to fix the problem

Is anyone else seeing this? I’m happy to provide more information if that would be useful to someone.

Ping. Still seeing this. The app has refused to update itself for months now. Any help?

@kaiyoma manually download the newer versions of retroarch from retroarch website and intall it on your device.
