Can save files be converted for retroarch?

Is there any way to convert these files to srm format so that I can play games with these save data with retroarch? These are save data of games I played with iPad at certain web sites online before I got laptop. Thank you!

Chrono Trigger with RetroGames.cc Desired retroarch core: SNES (bsnes-hd) Save data file:

https://www.retrogames.cc

Pokemon Red with EmulatorGamesOnline Desired retroarch core: Gameboy (SameBoy) Save data file:

https://emulatorgames.online

Pokemon Silver with fanfreegames.com Desired retroarch core: Gameboy Color (SameBoy) Save data file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3v38hi9oyoujoib/Pokémon%20Silver%20Version_fanfreegames.com.save?dl=0 https://www.fanfreegames.com

You can usually “convert” in-game/battery-backed saves just by renaming them to *.srm, but savestates are unfortunately not portable across emulators (or even different versions of the same emulator sometimes)
