Can you use 3DS Controller with RetroArch?

I have tried to use 3DS Controller (https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-controller.375443/) with RetroArch. 3DS Controller uses vJoy which RetroArch has support for it looks like!

How do you accomplish this?

Typically, you would just plug in your controller and if it says “such and such controller configured” you should be good to go. If it says “not configured” you’ll need to go into settings > input > p1 input binds > bind all and assign all of your buttons. Once that’s done, go to ‘save autoconfig profile’ and it will save those binds as an autoconfig file (you might have to do the process twice) and it should automatically recognize it from that point on.

Thanks but still… I wanted it so how farther you push the circle pad how farther it goes in RetroArch is the best way I can explain it. I don’t want to just bind keys, I want to bind the buttons directly somehow if that is possible? Sorry, I am confused about this vJoy thingy!

We don’t have any analog calibration in RetroArch.

thanks for trying to help me!
