Edit: Never mind. I worked out that the core used per game is saved in the playlist for that system…
Hi,
I’m playing Super Metroid and noticed a glitch (flickering) that I thought might be due to using the bsnes-mercury (Performance) core.
So I deleted this core and downloaded the vanilla bsnes (Accuracy) core. However, I can’t get the game to load any more.
If I use the xmb to select a game that I haven’t ever loaded before, I am offered a choice of which cores to use. However, if I choose Super Metroid or a game I have loaded before, RA just crashes complaining that it can’t find bsnes-mercury (Performance).
If I re-download bsnes-mercury (Performance), the games will load again… Why can’t I just choose the core I want?
