I can’t start Retroarch because I have no cores.
I can’t load cores because I can’t start Retroarch.
When I click on “load retroarch” nothimg happens. It did work once.
Also, does Retroarch support lollipop, I.e. saving states to external sd card?
I’m using the play store version on a samsung galaxy s4.
Answering my own question, I had to reset the data for the app and now I can redo it.
Apparently, you have to load some cores the first time you load the GUI - otherwise, you can’t do it later.
I still don’t know if the latest Retroarch Android has lollipop support (able to put savestates on external sd card).
I can save to the SD card just fine on my shield tablet but I think I’ve run SDfix. Use the latest nightly rather than the stable because we fixed some things already. And don’t configure stuff from the holo menu, use GLUI/XMB and go to directory settings. If you have your saves with your games then press start on savedir / savestate dir to reset them to content dir and try saving.
It’s easy enough to test.
