Cant download cores

I installed retroarch yesterday and I added a few cores and it worked fine. Today I cant add any cores for some reason, it looks like its working alright but when I check on load core they are not there. Tried doing a clean install with the same results and tried on different internetconnections.

Any ideas? If not, where can I find them manually?

You can download them manually at buildbot.libretro.com. Look in the ‘latest’ folder for your platform/architecture.

I had a similar problem on Windows 10. Start Retroarch with admin privileges or just move the whole Retroarch directory to your desktop and then start. Works?

the latest for arm7 are 3 years old is there any other link

Our buildbot doesn’t build ARM linux (32- or 64-bit) cores, but you can get unofficial builds from here: https://github.com/christianhaitian/retroarch-cores

thank you , do you know any other links for more cores? if anyone have arm7 which version does he recomends ?

Unfortunately, that’s the best place I know of. I do some aarch64 builds at https://github.com/hunterk/libretro_builds but only have 1 armhf build (bsnes-hd-beta; was just a PoC) currently.
