But when I download RA it only downloads 345 bytes
Why is that?
From what I gather, it’s not properly finished yet. This has happened before, you’ll see mentions of a newer version in some libretro pages, but without an official announcement. It usually means the update is very close to being released, but still not entirely rolled out. You just need to wait a little more.

Okay I get that.
So they have put a Version Up in Stable Release but it’s not the Full Version just something they have Added Recently so when it Does Offically Release that it be ready to go Straight away
As that Happening the Release is not very far away
Let’s say they just added a stub. When a new version is released, you need to update a lot of pages that reference it; I guess that’s what they’re doing. Think about your own computer and you plan to download a video. You create a folder named “My Video”, where it will be stored. The folder is created, but the file isn’t downloaded yet. When it is, it shall be put on the already created place.
