Cheats for MAME 2003-Plus RA 1.7.8

Hello! I have been trying to get the cheats work for MAME but so far I have failed!

System: MXQ S905 / RA 1.7.8 / MAME 2003-Plus

I already tried this:

Cheats for mame 2003 on retroarch 1.7.9

For mame (current) the cheat.7z goes in RetroArch/system/mame/cheat.7z (don’t extract the content!) For mame2003 and mame 2003-plus you can get the cheatfiles from their respective github page: On both cores you can enable the cheats by entering the mame ingame-menu by pressing Tab while playing. You can change this key in the same menu btw.

I believe that I might have the wrong cheat.dat file… but I really don’t know!

For mame2003 and mame 2003-plus you can get the cheatfiles from their respective github page

For mame 2003-plus it would be:

mame2003-plus-libretro/metadata at master · libretro/mame2003-plus-libretro

I got it working! Here’s the cheat.dat file that works for me!

I copy it to the next three folders:

system/
