Citra crashes on startup: OpenGL 3.3 not supported

I got Windows 10, intel core i7 10th gen, nvidia gtx1660ti.

A few days ago I played a couple of 3DS games on citra canary without problems, using vulcan. But for some reason, today when I try to load a game, this message pops up: “OpenGL 3.3 not supported”, and the emulator crashes. I tried both citra cores, i desinstalled them and reinstalled them, i tried with several video drivers… but to no avail. I have also tried updating my computer drivers.

Any ideas?

Try going to settings > core and turn off “allow cores to change the video driver” (this is an advanced setting, so it won’t be visible unless settings > user interface > show advanced settings is ON)

I have done the opposite. “Allow cores to change the video driver” was off and when i turned it on Citra started to work with vulcan.
