You need Controllers for all and btstack , I tested it myself with PS3 controller on iOS 8.4 with Taig jailbreak, It will also work on iOS 9 too when CFA gets updated (very soon), howevers for those on ios 8.4 all you need to do is pair your controller using sixpair tool or you may have an MFI controller laying around, then Launch retroarch, CFA will initialize and detect retroarch as a game then you go to input settings and map the keys yourself, the problem is the analogs ,Select/Start button and R3 L3, I paired them with my PS3 controller but they didn’t work but all the other buttons are working great even R2 L2 , I tested this with latest iOS build (26 october 2015) and I played jackie chan stuntmaster and it was amazing. maybe those buttons will get fixed in a near future I hope this helps for now.
